Oracle Services-Oracle Applications Technical Consultant - Manager role at EY. EY’s Oracle Services practice assists in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle application implementations, leveraging Oracle SaaS and PaaS capabilities. The group advises clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. Your Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a strong focus on quality, risk management, and continuous improvement. Innovate through research and benchmarking best practices, while managing professional employees and supervisory responsibilities to meet performance objectives. Lead workstreams, participate in client sessions, and oversee delivery from planning to execution. Ensure billability through chargeable work to external clients and manage engagement economics. Travel as required by client engagements. Identify additional service opportunities to drive sales and lead specific RFP responses. Coordinate resource planning within budget constraints and manage project status and deliverables. Skills And Attributes For Success

Team with client technology professionals and/or third-party alliances to implement technology solutions. Demonstrate quality project execution and monitor project economics, adjusting scope, timing, and resources as needed. Architect technology solutions focusing on data flow, migration and integration across multi-vendor landscapes. Develop people through delegation, performance feedback, and leadership by example. Develop long-term relationships and networks internally and externally. Manage and supervise a team through all phases of the technology lifecycle. Communicate effectively with supply chain and technology executives; apply agile methodologies and focus on application integration and quality assurance. Proficiency in software development and technology business requirements analysis; strong written and verbal communication; ability to research client inquiries and emerging technologies. Willingness to travel 60-80% of a work schedule. To Qualify For The Role, You Must Have

A 4-year bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience. 4-6 years of SCM / ERP application implementations experience as a Technical Lead or equivalent, with at least 2 years in a managerial/IT integration role. 2-3 full cycle implementations of Oracle SCM Cloud and 3-4 Oracle EBS applications implementations focusing on Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, PIM, Procurement, and Manufacturing modules. 2-3 years of hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST and SOAP. Proven experience with integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or equivalent. Demonstrated use of Oracle methodologies (OUM or AIM). Strong communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Ability to research and address client inquiries, including emerging technologies and SOA governance. Ability and willingness to travel 60-80% of the time. Ideally, You’ll Also Have

Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or related field (MBA or MS preferred). Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities; excellent communication and leadership skills. Passion for continuous learning and professional growth. What We Look For
