Executive Assistant
in
Alexandria, VA . This individual will support a top executive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, managing schedules, travel, and confidential communications with high-profile clients. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in legal and/or political environments, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Job Duties
Manage executives’ calendar, schedule, and coordinate high-level meetings.
Draft, organize, and maintain legal documents, filings, and correspondence.
Screen, prioritize, and respond to executive communications with discretion.
Arrange and manage complex domestic and international travel, often last minute.
Support client relations, including interactions with high-profile, confidential clients.
Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and coordinate event logistics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is strongly preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years supporting senior executives in fast-paced settings.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
Ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional polish.
Prior experience working in legal and/or political environments is required.
Salary:
$75,000 - $100,000 DOE + Benefits
