Responsibilities
Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring to individual students. Personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Explain HESI concepts clearly and effectively. Utilize the AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions with real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features. Invoicing and payments are handled by Varsity Tutors; you invoice for your sessions and receive payments through the platform. Compensation and Schedule
Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects, with potential to reach up to $40/hour. Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions. Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like. Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform—no commuting required. Get matched with students best-suited to your teaching style and expertise. Qualifications
Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in HESI and the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate-level education.
