The Company is seeking a dedicated Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to become an integral part of its senior leadership team. This role calls for a strategic and proactive financial leader with extensive experience in nonprofit management. You will oversee finance, HR, IT, and office operations, playing a critical role in driving financial strategy, compliance, and planning. Your responsibilities will include managing county contracts, supervising cross-functional teams, and ensuring that operations align with our organizational goals. The CFO will be accountable for all financial functions, guaranteeing compliance with relevant standards while guiding program directors in financial oversight. You'"ll be instrumental in budget development, financial reporting, and leading financial audits and regulatory reviews. Successful applicants should possess a minimum of 10 years’ senior leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (advanced degrees preferred). You should have a deep understanding of nonprofit accounting standards, California labor laws, and experience in risk management and compliance. High proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and fund accounting systems is essential, as is your capacity to lead and develop teams within a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will excel as a communicator, be comfortable presenting to boards and funders, and demonstrate confidence, resourcefulness, and adaptability in a dynamic nonprofit setting. Additional requirements include a valid CA driver\'s license, proof of U.S. work eligibility, and the ability to pass a Live Scan background check. Hiring Details
