We are seeking a sharp
Payroll Specialist
with a focus on US Payroll. The company offers strong compensation package, perks and excellent (100% company paid) benefits. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with desire for a broad payroll position. US Payroll experience is required, but the company is willing to train on international payroll & compensation accounting (payroll journal entries, etc.) once the hired individual is ramped up on the US payroll processes. There is a long term development track in mind for this hire! Compensation
Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus Position details

Process US Payroll using ADP & Workday Handle compensation accounting, and manage benefit & transit deductions Support year-end projects for US & International Payrolls (W2s, etc.) Retirement account reporting, payroll audits, resolving payroll discrepancies Payroll tax & withholding reporting International Payroll includes collaborating with international payroll vendors on changes & adjustments, trial reporting, foreign exchange salary conversions Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Compensation, HR, Benefits, Corporate Accounting, Finance and Investment Teams Contribute to process improvement & optimization ideas Opportunities for professional growth within the group and adjacent teams Work arrangement: Schedule is 3/2 hybrid; company provides some fully remote days planned for the year Qualifications
2+ years of relevant payroll experience Bachelor’s Degree – Required Ability to learn new payroll systems and participate in process improvement projects Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Workday ERP for Accounting and HR Excellent communication and professional polish; ability to interact with all levels of the organization ***We have flexibility on title to Payroll Senior Specialist for candidates with 4-5+ years of experience.
