Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! Operations:

This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which includes Integrated Supply Chain, Facilities, and Security, and supports Manufacturing and Supply Chain across all Blue Origin facilities. As part of a team of specialists, technicians, and engineers, you will provide technical expertise, leadership, and dedication to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Responsibilities include translating engineering intent, drawings, and configurations into fully functional hardware ready for test, qualification, and flight. We work to improve quality, reduce cost, and optimize build sequence, and we create, interpret, and modify work instructions and routings to convey procedures to technicians and trigger material planning. If you share our passions and vision, thrive in a dynamic startup environment, excel with integrated multi-functional teams, and are skilled in several relevant technologies, we would love to hear from you.

Early Career Pathways

We offer two pathways for full-time employment (please indicate your preference in your application): Direct Hire: Multiple positions available across our Business Units. You will be matched with an appropriate engineering team based on your skillset and our current business needs. New Graduate Rotation Program: This one-year development program enables you to expand your engineering skillset through hands-on experience and mentorship. During three four-month rotations, you will explore a variety of fields supporting our business units, including New Shepard, New Glenn, Blue Engines, Lunar Permanence, In-Space Systems, Advanced Concepts and Enterprise Engineering, and Operations. Upon completing this program, you will work with the Program Manager to determine the best team fit for your ongoing career.
