Sage 300 CRE Consultant . Your main responsibilities will include working directly with project managers and customers to deliver software solutions for implementation projects with high customer satisfaction and successful customer adoption. Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for: Configure and implement the Sage 300 CRE software in collaboration with multiple project managers, following our prescriptive implementation methodology to achieve in-scope/on-budget/on-time delivery, high customer satisfaction, and successful customer adoption Follow all stages of the implementation process, including client consultations, requirements definition, solution design, configurations, testing (unit and integration), training, data cleansing and data migration Develop knowledge of Sage 300 CRE and related Sage Intacct capabilities, staying current with product features and enhancements Develop and deploy implementation project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while optimizing return on investment Train customer end-users at all levels and map system functionality to business requirements Document customer business requirements into configurable software solutions and business processes using best practices and visual process flow Respond to customer technical support issues related to the system implementation Design and build industry-specific KPIs, reports, and dashboards Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success to coordinate project execution Learn and grow through on-the-job coaching and firm-wide learning programs Use entrepreneurial skills to network and build relationships with clients Participate in team activities and maintain work-life balance Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Accounting, Business or MIS (must have general understanding of accounting terms) One or more years’ experience in: consulting and implementing Sage 300 CRE, ERP/financial applications and/or other SaaS solutions; public accounting experience; or accounting/finance end-user experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP End-to-end consulting experience through the software delivery lifecycle or as an end user who has undergone a software implementation or upgrade (preferred) Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) for data mapping, integration, and migration Strong time management, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, leadership and organizational skills Microsoft Office suite skills Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Additional Information
Compensation range: $64,990 to $123,230. Actual compensation is influenced by skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Position Details
