in San Diego seeking
two Litigation Attorneys
with
2+ years of experience
to join our growing team. Our firm represents
public entities, school districts, and universities
across California in high-stakes
PAGA, class action, and employment-related
litigation. Responsibilities
Handle a full spectrum of
employment defense litigation matters
from pre-litigation strategy through trial or arbitration. Lead and coordinate
depositions, discovery, motion practice
(e.g., summary judgment, demurrers), and hearings. Act as
counsel of record , drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs with accuracy and persuasive advocacy. Represent clients in
court, mediations, and labor agency proceedings , demonstrating strong courtroom presence. Collaborate with senior litigators to
develop case strategy
and deliver clear, confident client communication. Ideal Candidates
2+ years of employment litigation experience Strong legal writing and courtroom skills Open to those transitioning from plaintiff to defense Education/public sector experience is a plus, but not required Salary and Other Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is
$175,000 – $250,000 , plus eligibility for
discretionary annual bonuses
and
quarterly billable-hour bonuses . Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as location/market, skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications. Benefits
