Bilingual Store Sales Associate

As a Bilingual Store Sales Associate at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales. You will engage with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Your primary responsibilities include: Providing exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Assisting customers in person and over the phone by assessing their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Building strong relationships with customers to foster trust and repeat business. Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with company procedures. Aiming to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas. Retrieving and preparing products for customers from the sales floor or warehouse. Mixing and tinting products to meet customer specifications. Stocking shelves and arranging product displays. Ensuring cleanliness of store equipment and work areas. Assisting with delivery tasks as necessary. Keeping assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing. Staying informed about product offerings and options available to customers. Adhering to inventory control policies and procedures. Providing suggestions for sales improvement. This position requires access to sensitive information and involves supervision of financial transactions, necessitating a criminal history review for safety and compliance. You will work at various stores within a 5-10 mile radius of: 826 N Easton Rd, Doylestown, PA 18902. Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work without requiring sponsorship. Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong reading and communication skills. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service. Experience in selling paint and related products.
