Bilingual Retail Associate (English & Spanish)

Join our team as a Bilingual Retail Associate, where you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. In this role, you will answer customer inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products and recommend the best solutions to ensure maximum client satisfaction. The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at stores within a 15 Mile Radius of Store #708970, located at: 6111 Tacoma Mall Blvd, Tacoma, WA 98409 and at stores within a 15 mile radius of this location. This is a part-time position with a starting pay of $22.00/hr. As a store associate, your responsibilities will include: Providing high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assisting customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services Building trustful relationships with both wholesale and retail customers Processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies Aiming to meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Maintaining accurate work order files and product formulas Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications Stocking shelves and creating appealing displays Keeping store equipment clean and ready for use Loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed Maintaining neat and presentable assigned areas Staying informed about our product offerings and options Following inventory control procedures Suggesting improvements to boost sales Minimum Qualifications: At least eighteen (18) years old Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship for work visa status Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate fluently in English Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate fluently in Spanish Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED At least one (1) year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Previous experience selling paint and related products Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment Become part of Sherwin-Williams, where we inspire and improve the world by coloring and protecting what matters.
