Support order processing for multiple channels including Education, Reseller, and Apple Online Store (AOU).

Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers.

Work efficiently to meet business timelines and achieve key performance metrics.

Candidates for Data Entry Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered: Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Critical thinking skills to identify and solve problems independently.

Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule and maintain excellent attendance.

What's in this Data Entry Specialist position for you? Pay: $25.00/hour

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
