We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Director to oversee the complete sourcing lifecycle for medical device agreements, managing a significant portfolio with an annual spend of $200m-$350m. Job Summary and Qualifications
Conduct market research and develop sourcing strategies; prepare RFI/RFP/bids and negotiate contracts.
Present contract strategies and awards to senior leadership and internal departments.
Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities within sourcing categories.
Align customer stakeholders with clear strategic objectives throughout the sourcing process.
Maintain detailed work plans in the Contract Lifecycle Management system, managing multiple project timelines effectively.
Analyze supplier dynamics, including ownership structures and market performance.
Negotiate key contract terms and oversee supplier and customer relationships throughout the sourcing process.
Communicate the bid process, negotiation updates, and terms agreement with suppliers and internal teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.
5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiations.
Experience in healthcare supply chain operations is preferred.
Strong professionalism and analytical skills for interpreting complex instructions and contract language.
