Job Overview Under the regular direction of the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, performs responsible work in relation to the Boards recruitment, applicant processing, and testing of non-professional staff. What You Will Be Doing Ensures job postings are accurate and reflective of the DFW brand and current recruitment requirements. Assists in developing best qualified criteria based on Board needs and department specifications. Screens applications and resumes for nonprofessional (hourly) staff; may conduct phone screen interviews; refers best-suited applicants for department interviews. Processes applicant and employee data using HR software tools, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate. Ensures staffing and selection practices comply with applicable laws and regulations. Monitors affirmative action goals, utilization, and diversity objectives, deploying strategies to meet or exceed these goals. Assists with researching legislation affecting recruiting and selection programs. Develops and maintains necessary records. Assists in developing the annual recruitment plan aligned with diversity objectives. Attends job fairs, college career fairs, professional association meetings, community events, and networking opportunities. Builds relationships with community agencies and organizations to maintain positive engagement. Builds effective internal and external relationships. Assists in developing a candidate pipeline strategy through direct and indirect sourcing, channel optimization, and talent pool development. What You Need Bachelors degree or equivalent in human resources, business, public administration, or related field. Equivalent experience or education may substitute for degree.
