Job Overview With guidance from the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment, applicant processing, and testing of non-professional staff. What You Will Be Doing Ensure that job postings accurately represent the DFW brand and reflect current recruitment requirements. Assist in creating best-qualified criteria based on departmental specifications and Board needs. Screen applications and resumes for hourly staff; conduct phone screen interviews; refer top candidates for department interviews. Process applicant and employee data using HR software tools, ensuring all documentation is complete and precise. Ensure compliance with staffing and selection practices according to applicable laws and regulations. Monitor affirmative action goals and diversity objectives, implementing strategies to meet or exceed these targets. Research legislation affecting our recruitment and selection programs. Maintain and develop comprehensive records. Aid in creating the annual recruitment plan that aligns with our diversity goals. Represent DFW at job fairs, college career fairs, professional meetings, and community events, fostering valuable networking opportunities. Build strong relationships with community agencies and organizations to maintain positive engagement. Establish effective relationships internally and externally. Contribute to developing a candidate pipeline strategy through innovative sourcing techniques and talent pool development. What You Need A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business, public administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for the degree.
