Bilingual Customer Service Associate (Spanish)

In this dynamic position, you will help customers identify their needs, address inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and provide tailored recommendations. Your commitment to resolving customer issues promptly will contribute to maximum client satisfaction while you stay informed about product features and maintain the store's high quality and visual standards. As a part of our team, your responsibilities will include: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting suitable products and services Building productive and trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers Processing sales transactions accurately, in line with company policies Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals Maintaining organized work order files and formulas Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed Tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications Stocking shelves and setting up attractive displays Cleaning store equipment and maintaining a tidy work environment Assisting with deliveries, when necessary Keeping assigned areas in stock and presentable Staying knowledgeable about products and discussing options with customers Adhering to inventory control procedures Proposing strategies to improve sales This position is based at our location: 346 Stockbridge Road, Great Barrington MA 01230. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License At least a High School diploma or GED One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products Experience with tinting and mixing equipment At Sherwin-Williams, we provide a supportive and inclusive environment where you can thrive.
