Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, where you will closely engage with both wholesale and retail customers to fulfill their needs, address inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and provide tailored solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while staying informed about product offerings and upholding the high standards of our store. As a Customer Service Representative, you will strive to deliver exceptional service while meeting the store's sales objectives. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service. Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone by identifying needs and presenting suitable products and services. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately processing sales transactions in alignment with company policies. Achieving established sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas. Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Mixing and tinting products to meet customer specifications when required. Stocking shelves and creating appealing product displays. Cleaning store equipment and maintaining a well-organized store environment. Loading and unloading delivery trucks, assisting with deliveries as necessary. Keeping assigned areas stocked and presentable. Staying knowledgeable on available products and discussing options with customers. Adhering to inventory control procedures. Proposing innovative strategies to enhance sales. Qualified candidates must meet the following minimum requirements: At least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends. Internal applicants must meet performance and training requirements. Preferred qualifications include: A High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Experience selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. The person in this role will be expected to work at stores within a 30-mile radius of 301 Meadows Dr. North Tonawanda NY 14120.
