Part-Time Retail Customer Support Representative

Join our team as a Part-Time Retail Customer Support Representative! This position is essential to the success of our retail stores, and you will be working at Store #3526, located at: 2900 E. Frontage Road 63S, Rochester, MN 55904. Starting Pay: $17.26-19.00/hr or based on experience As a Retail Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their needs and providing knowledgeable recommendations on Sherwin-Williams products. Key Responsibilities: Provide top-notch customer service to ensure all customers are satisfied. Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and suggesting appropriate products and services. Build strong, trust-based relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions in alignment with company policies and procedures. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain organized work order files and formulas, ensuring accuracy. Manage product inventory including pulling appropriate items from the sales floor or warehouse. Prepare paint and coatings by tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications. Keep the store presentable and maintain the cleanliness of store equipment. Participate in deliveries and assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks when needed. Stay informed about product offerings to effectively communicate options to customers. Contribute ideas for improving sales and enhancing customer experience. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have legal authorization to work in the country without the need for sponsorship. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work all scheduled hours including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position. Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products is a plus. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment preferred. Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish, is an asset.
