Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, where you will play a crucial role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers. Your responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, providing answers to questions about our products, and recommending the best solutions to meet their requirements. As a representative, your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction while helping achieve our store's sales goals. In this full-time role, you will be expected to work at our location: Store #3639, 104 NC 54 Ste DD Carrboro NC 27510, with up to 40 hours per week. The starting salary is $17.50. Your skills and dedication are essential for us to achieve outstanding results. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to strengthen customer relationships. Assist customers both in person and via phone, understanding their needs and presenting suitable products. Accurately process sales transactions in compliance with policies and procedures. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain organized files and precise work order details. Prepare products, including tinting and mixing, according to customer specifications. Keep the store visually appealing, stocking shelves, setting up displays, and ensuring cleanliness. Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest improvements to enhance sales. Minimum Requirements: Be at least eighteen (18) years old. Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Experience in selling paint and related products.
