Claims Specialist! This onsite position will collaborate with internal departments and customers to resolve discrepancies timely. This role will be responsible for following all claim standard operating procedures to fairly resolve all claims with integrity and represent our Company customer satisfaction standards at our corporate headquarters in Vancouver, WA. Analyze information to evaluate assigned claims to determine the extent of loss. Maintain accurate documentation necessary to resolve complex issues. Update claims system on a continual basis to accurately reflect status and daily track and monitor claim status to keep claims moving through workflow. Provide excellent communication both internally and externally with customers and work collaboratively across teams and departments to help resolve any claims matter. Requirements : High school diploma; associates degree in accounting, Business Management, or related field preferred; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position. 2 years Loss prevention, Claims, production planning in manufacturing environment or quality assurance experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of claims processing or quality assurance work experience. Strong written (grammar, spelling, punctuation, vocabulary) and oral communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with MS Office and supporting software. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check including employment and educational verification. Compensation: The hourly pay range is $20.50 - $24.50, based on experience and qualifications.
