We are looking for a
Price & Promotions Coordinator I - Pricing Specialist
to address all pricing issues received by Customer Service. This role will be responsible for accurately inputting all agreements as received from Sales, maintaining Customer Profiles, working with Sales to resolve issues, and monitoring the in-house system for accuracy at our corporate headquarters in Vancouver, WA.

Key Responsibilities Accurately enters all agreements into internal pricing system. Thoroughly addresses mall pricing issues received from Customer Service in a timely manner. Works with Sales to address pricing issues according to established procedures. Learn Vendor systems as needed for resolving pricing issues. Enter and process vendor marketing agreements.
Requirements High School diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred; or any equivalent combination of training, experience, or education that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position. At least 2 years of experience in business, accounting, marketing/sales, or related field. Proficient at 10-key and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word; PeopleSoft ERP system experience preferred. Good knowledge of internal sales, customer service, accounts receivable, and billing processes and procedures. Ability to passa Math and Excel Skills Assessment, a pre-employment drug test, and work extended schedule during the fresh pack season, typically July to early October.
Compensation The wage range is $24 - $27, based on experience and qualifications.
