Overview
Store Manager - Spirit at Spirit Halloween is responsible for the total operation of a store to maximize sales and profitability by delivering Guest Services and controlling expenses. The Store Manager oversees shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age is 21 and a flexible schedule is required. The physical demands include standing/walking 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
Compensation
Hourly rate ranges from $19.00 - $19.25 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
Annual compensation: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 (Toledo, OH)
Benefits include Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, Retention Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs subject to qualifications.
