Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, you will engage with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions regarding our wide range of products. Your primary focus will be to enhance customer satisfaction while achieving our sales goals. Your responsibilities will involve: Delivering exceptional customer service through effective sales techniques. Assisting customers both in-store and over the phone by accurately identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products. Building and nurturing trust with customers. Processing sales transactions with precision, adhering to company policies. Meeting established sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Maintaining accurate work order files and product formulas. Retrieving products from the sales floor and warehouse as needed. Mixing and tinting products to meet customer specifications. Organizing store displays and stocking shelves to ensure an appealing shopping environment. Caring for store equipment and assisting with deliveries when required. Keeping assigned areas presentable and in-stock. Staying informed about product offerings and discussing options with customers. Adhering to inventory control measures. Proactively suggesting improvements to enhance sales performance. Location: 301 Meadows Dr. North Tonawanda NY 14120 Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Legal authorization to work in the country without requiring visa sponsorship. Ability to read, write, and communicate in both English and Spanish. A valid and unrestricted Driver's License. Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One (1) year of experience in retail or customer service. Experience in selling paint and paint-related products.
