We accomplish this goal by connecting dependable healthcare talent with healthcare facilities. Your Impact We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager (BDM) to help drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and expanding our market presence. You’ll play a critical role in owning the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing. You will be working closely with our Head of Operations and CEO, and will receive a significant amount of exposure to our core business strategies and key decisions. Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities and prospects in target markets

Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from outreach to deal close

Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, Directors, etc.)

Collaborate with Head of Operations and CEO to align on outreach strategy and messaging

Track and manage leads, activities, and pipeline in the CRM (e.g. Apollo)

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity targets (calls, emails, meetings booked, deals closed)

Help refine sales strategy based on feedback, market trends, and customer insights

Analyze performance metrics and report on KPIs to leadership

What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships (working at staffing agency a plus)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Experience with CRM and prospecting tools (Apollo a plus)

Comfortable with cold outreach and high-velocity prospecting

Self-starter who is resourceful, creative and intuitive

Strong work ethic and resilience

Curiosity – interested in the why and not afraid to ask questions

Compensation: Base salary + commission structure

Base salary: $62,000–$108,000 annually

Commissions: $62,000-$108,000 annually (based on quota)

OTE: $124,000-$216,000 annually

*Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
