AVP, Payments
to join our team! Reporting to the VP, Loan Administration, this position is responsible for managing a team of professionals who handle the day-to-day operational responsibilities within the Payments department, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant handling of all mortgage payments. This position manages the verification of data and the processing of borrower payments to meet service levels at the individual, team, department, and company levels. Additionally, the AVP, Payments collaborates with other departments to improve operational performance and customer service. This position manages the workflow, assists in payoff statements, letter processing, payment processing, credit reporting and lien release processing, reporting results, and following up on remediation. This role ensures adherence to regulatory and company procedures, policies, and directives regarding Payments.
