an AVP, Servicing Transfer
to join our team! Responsibilities
Reporting to the VP, Servicing Transfer, this position has a critical role in the management and optimization of the transfer of mortgage servicing portfolios. This role oversees the planning and execution of servicing transfers, ensuring compliance and facilitating a seamless transition for clients and internal teams. This position requires effective collaboration across the servicing business to enhance transfer processes, mitigate risk, and uphold regulatory standards. This role contributes to the evaluation and implementation of technology solutions aimed at improving the efficiency and accuracy of servicing transfers and overall processes and workflows for the servicing transfer team. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED) required 2+ years' experience in Servicing Transfer/Loan Boarding Management roles required 3+ years' experience in mortgage servicing required 1+ years of leadership experience in mortgage servicing Successful experience working in a fast-paced work environment Strong analytical skills to distribute and allocate resources Strong customer service skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization Collaborative and consultative work style; high team-orientation Demonstrated leadership with proven ability to foster an environment of positive employee engagement and trust Strong listening skills with the ability to facilitate meetings and effectively lead discussions Effective management skills to include talent selection, training, coaching, and performance management Ability to effectively manage through change, agile Strong analytical skills; solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgement Strong problem-solving abilities; ability to analyze and interpret loan transfer data to identify opportunities and propose well-developed solutions Demonstrated ability to establish credibility, recognizing and supporting the organization’s culture, values, and priorities Strong project management skills Strong attention to detail; strong compliance orientation; high quality of work product Strong organization skills; effective time management for self and team Ability to effectively prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; effective time management Client-focused with strong execution skills and results orientation Self-directed; ability to proactively ask questions and surface issues/ concerns Professional maturity and integrity, with the ability to maintain confidential data and information Strong business acumen; strong fiscal and technical aptitude Submit Your Resume to Learn More

The hiring range for this position is between $74,082.00-$90,588.00 annually This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus Fay Cares!
