We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Events Assistant
to support the coordination and execution of corporate events, conferences, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings energy and professionalism to every task.
Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of events from concept to completion. Coordinate logistics including venue booking, vendor communication, equipment rentals, and material preparation. Handle event setup and breakdown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly on-site. Manage event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met. Provide on-site support to staff, guests, and vendors during events. Maintain accurate documentation and post-event reports. Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and client expectations. Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in event coordination or administrative support is highly desirable. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional demeanor and a team-oriented attitude.
