Overview We are working with a premier full-service title company serving Maryland, known for their client-first approach, efficient closings, and commitment to excellence. They are seeking an experienced Title Settlement Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions and be passionate about delivering high-quality service throughout the closing process.

(need to be based in MD) Key Responsibilities
Conduct real estate closings for residential and commercial transactions Review title searches, clear title issues, and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines Draft and review legal documents, including settlement statements, deeds, affidavits, and loan documents Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties to facilitate smooth closings Provide legal guidance and answer client questions regarding the title and settlement process Ideal Candidate
