Purpose The Director, US Commercial Strategy & Insights will work closely with the US President of Orthopaedics to drive sales analytics and performance measurement for a $6 billion, 4,000-person sales organization. You Will Be Responsible For

Leading a team of 16 employees to deliver critical insights that shape regional strategy and execution Create & present executive committee communications sharing both strategy and analytical insights about business performance Responsible for Data science, Commercial Strategy, Competitive Analytics, Commercial Analytics, and Account management Analytics Data Science - Generate data science models that drive back-office efficiency and customer-facing insights. Examples include: ACM implant size prediction, SourceView platform deployment, pricing engine for hospital RFPs, and data science use cases (Velys constrained LLMs, surgeon targeting, digital deal modeler) Commercial Analytics - Create analytics back-end data (in Alteryx) and dashboards (in Tableau) to drive strategy Create and maintain 200+ dashboards; conduct strategic opportunity analysis; drive sales opportunity funnel Competitive Analytics - Analyze market data, forecast market and share, diagnose strategies and provide recommendations Account Management Analytics and Strategy - Support 92-person Account Management with analytical goals; align business planning with account management Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree required Minimum 10 years of professional experience required Minimum 5 years of people leadership required Experience driving commercial strategies through analytics using multiple data sources Experience in Orthopaedic Industry strongly preferred Ability to work through a matrix environment Experience with SQL, Alteryx; Tableau for data visualization Compensation & Benefits The expected base pay range for this position is $146,000 to $251,850. The Company offers a competitive, performance-based compensation program, including an annual bonus as per applicable plan.
