Direct, oversee and coordinate the activities of the project team in the Construction Management and General Contracting marketplace. Assist in proposal writing; review project proposals, drawings and plans to determine time frame, funding, procedures, staffing requirements and resource allocation. Coordinate pre-construction services for projects and support strategic planning, business development and client relations. Review project activities, costs, operations and forecast data to gauge progress toward goals. Assist Director of Operations with work assignments, distribution of projects, managing project managers and ensuring timely completion and project profitability. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and build KA’s positive image. Establish a growing network of business associates, subcontractors and related vendors; coordinate with Marketing to promote KA capabilities and provide leads. Coordinate with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, and ensure progress within budget; provide technical advice to resolve problems. Provide schedule support (daily, weekly, monthly) to preserve contract and project schedules; prepare and review project reports and adjust plans as required. Coordinate project activities with governmental regulatory agencies and meet with Finance to ensure projects progress within budget. Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsRequired Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college/university or equivalent Minimum of 10 years related work experience Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of project management software Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain a positive attitude with strong customer service Effective time management to maximize productivity and meet challenging goals Compliance with all company policies and procedures Strong work ethic and alignment with company values; ability to guide and provide ongoing feedback to team members Provide feedback and recognition; foster a positive and uplifting team environment Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Four-year degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field Knowledge of ViewPoint software Other
