Summary: This position will be responsible for directing, overseeing and coordinating the activities of their team in the Construction Management and General Contracting marketplace. Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr Salary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Direct, oversee and coordinate the activities of the team in the Construction Management and General Contracting marketplace. Assist in proposal writing, review project proposals, drawings and plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures, staffing requirements and resource allocations. Coordinate pre-construction services for projects. Assist in directing strategic planning and provide leadership in business development and client relations. Review project activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine progress toward goals and objectives. Assist Director of Operations with work assignments, distribution of projects, managing project managers and ensuring timely completion and meaningful project profitability. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and a positive company image. Establish a growing network of business associates, subcontractors and related vendors. Coordinate with Marketing to promote Kraus-Anderson capabilities and provide leads. Maintain memberships or affiliations in civic and professional organizations to aid personal growth or relationship development. Collaborate with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority; coordinate activities to ensure progress within budget and provide technical advice to resolve problems. Provide schedule support to preserve contract and project schedules. Prepare project reports for management and clients and adjust schedules as required. Coordinate project activities with governmental regulatory agencies. Meet regularly with Finance to ensure projects progress as scheduled and within budget. Perform work according to KA Project Managers’ Manual and perform other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college/university or equivalent Minimum of 10 years related work experience Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of project management software Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude and exemplary customer service Time management skills to maximize efficiency and meet goals Compliance with all company policies and procedures Strong work ethic and alignment with company values Ability to provide guidance and ongoing feedback to team members and support Individual Development Plans Provides regular feedback and recognition Creates a positive and uplifting team environment Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Four-year degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field Knowledge of ViewPoint software Other

Valid Driver's License with satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record and adherence to KA Motor Vehicle Policy Travel 25-75% depending on job Physical Demands
