Job Description Description: Primary responsibility is to lead the engineering and refinement of advanced automated cannabis co-packing machines. Will be responsible for ensuring all machine specifications, design ideas and concepts and projects the team is working on. Driving out cost and improving system efficiency will be paramount for all automation we are currently designing or buying. Collaborate with automation, controls, and operation teams to integrate new equipment designs into production lines. Requirements: Experience in equipment development, high-speed automation, or robotics (CPG, packaging, pharma, or similar industries is a plus.
