Your role will be to provide quick, accurate, and friendly support while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone. Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or concerns effectively. Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team members when necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. ️ Required Skills and Qualifications

1 year of experience

in a customer service or live chat support role. Strong written communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
