Accounts Receivable Reconciliation Specialist

to join our growing team and help ensure the smooth and accurate flow of revenue across our resort operations. In this role, you’ll become a vital part of our financial backbone—applying payments, resolving discrepancies, and keeping our books clean and clear. Your work will directly support our mission and growth, contributing to the exceptional experiences we provide at every property we manage. What You’ll Do: Own the Process : Accurately post all incoming payments (checks, credit cards, ACH, etc.) to customer accounts. Guard Financial Accuracy : Reconcile daily payment batches against bank deposits and the AR ledger. Solve Mysteries : Research and resolve misapplied, unidentified, or incorrect payments with internal teams and customers. Keep It Clean : Process account adjustments, write-offs, and refunds while ensuring compliance with policy. Deliver Insight : Assist in preparing aging reports and other key AR metrics. Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Communicate with billing, collections, resort teams, and external customers to resolve payment-related inquiries. Document Everything : Maintain organized and audit-ready records of payment activities. Champion Compliance : Ensure posting aligns with internal controls and accounting standards. Drive Improvement : Recommend ways to streamline payment posting processes. Be a Team Player : Pitch in across the department when needed—we succeed together. What You’ll Bring:

1–5 years of AR or payment posting experience, ideally in a high-volume or hospitality environment. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus!). Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Comfortable working independently and in team settings. A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling financial data. *Competitive pay is based upon skills/experience. Why Join Us?
