Orion Premier Solutions is seeking a highly capable and resourceful

Executive Assistant

to provide administrative, operational, and strategic support to a senior executive and the broader leadership team. This position is ideal for someone with

proven experience as an executive assistant , who thrives in fast-paced environments and is confident managing both daily office operations and high-level coordination. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at juggling priorities while serving as a trusted representative of executive leadership across internal and external touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics. Monitor and manage the executive's email communications, flagging priority items and drafting responses as needed. Attend and actively participate in meetings; take detailed notes and distribute professional summaries and follow-ups. Facilitate Metronome Growth Systems (MGS) during leadership meetings, including updating company goals, tracking initiatives, and ensuring accountability across teams. Draft internal communications and serve as a liaison between the executive and operations teams, vendors, and external stakeholders. Oversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies, scanning and distributing mail, and maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. Run business-related errands such as banking, office deliveries, and supply pickups. Provide light personal support to the executive, including scheduling personal appointments and coordinating household services or vendors. Represent the executive professionally in all forms of communication, ensuring clarity, confidentiality, and alignment with organizational goals. Utilize digital tools (Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Zoom, Asana, etc.) to enhance workflows, manage tasks, and increase team efficiency. Requirements

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership is required . High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, cloud-based collaboration tools, and workflow management platforms. Experience supporting leadership in fast-paced, multi-responsibility roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Who You Are

Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-office position requiring flexibility, reliability, and professionalism. The role involves both traditional administrative responsibilities and higher-level coordination. Discretion and maturity are critical, as this position will involve access to confidential information and direct collaboration with leadership.

Salary Description

$55,000 - $60,000 annually
