Summary:
Join a dynamic production team as a Combi Operator / Warehouse Assistant on the 1st shift. This role is responsible for operating lamination equipment, ensuring quality standards, and supporting warehouse operations. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Hours : 1st Shift: M-F 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
Pay : Starting $20/hr, with pay based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate the Combi laminator according to production specs Conduct pre-run testing and ensure proper materials are used Monitor bond strength, coding weights, and material conformity Perform quality checks throughout production Load/unload materials and install/remove laminator sleeves Maintain equipment cleanliness and complete sanitation checklists Enter production data into Microsoft Dynamics Assist with warehouse tasks, including truck loading/unloading Report safety and quality issues to management Support other production areas as needed Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED 3-5 years of experience in lamination, printing, or production Forklift operation experience Ability to read rulers, gauges, and use micrometers Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills Comfortable with manual tasks and safety procedures Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work overtime when needed Work Environment Production floor with exposure to machinery and adhesives Use of safety gear (gloves, glasses, hearing protection) is required Some mandatory overtime Commitment to cleanliness and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Why Apply?
