Draft, edit, and file pleadings and legal documents accurately Manage complex calendars, deadlines, and travel logistics Conduct conflict checks, draft engagement letters, and organize case files Support attorneys in delivering top-tier results under tight deadlines Handle billing, expenses, and administrative support ??
What You Bring 5+ years of California litigation experience
(Labor & Employment preferred) Expertise in
court rules, filings, and e-discovery Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills Strong communication skills and a steady demeanor under pressure Familiarity with
