Now they need a proactive Sales Executive to drive top-of-funnel growth and help grow their commercial pipeline. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, has experience booking meetings with technical buyers, and wants to join a company that are experiencing fast growth. Responsibilities Identify and research new target accounts in commercial space and adjacent markets Lead outbound outreach across LinkedIn, phone, and email Own early-stage discovery and qualify inbound leads Schedule and attend industry conferences pre-booking meetings and generating onsite intel Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and pipeline strategy Maintain and track pipeline activity in CRM (HubSpot)
Qualifications
36 years of experience in outbound software sales (SDR or BDR) within aerospace Proven track record booking high-quality meetings and contributing to closed deals Background in startups or high-growth environments Confident communicator written, verbal, and in-person
