A leading space tech company is growing its US Intelligence Community presence and looking for a
Senior Director of Business Development
to spearhead their efforts with the
NRO
and related IC agencies. If you thrive at the intersection of national security, advanced technology, and strategic growth, this could be your next big step.
You’ll be part of a team that’s redefining how satellite data and analytics are used to inform high-stakes decision-making. In this role, you’ll shape engagement strategies, own key customer relationships, and lead capture initiatives that align with cutting-edge product lines and long-term mission priorities.
Key Requirements
Drive new business and capture strategy for NRO programs and initiatives
Guide pursuit planning and proposal efforts across classified and unclassified programs
Act as a key liaison between internal product teams and external agency stakeholders
Expand into adjacent IC/DoD sectors to build out new revenue channels
Represent the company at forums and events, strengthening visibility and influence
Forecast pipeline health and market trends to inform business strategy
Key Responsibilities
10+ years in the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense
Deep understanding of space systems, remote sensing, GEOINT, or ISR tech
Experience leading multi-million dollar federal BD efforts
TS/SCI clearance (active), with CI Poly eligibility
Strong reputation and network across IC/DoD
Confident communicator, strategic thinker, and skilled deal-closer
