Direct construction of high-end Class A office interiors, ensuring premium finishes and systems meet client and building standards. Manage project budgets and delivering cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality and schedule integrity. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and property managers to align design intent and execution across all phases. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera, ensuring timely delivery and milestone tracking. Conduct regular site inspections and punch walks to enforce safety, code compliance, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably in the NYC market. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and teams effectively. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or similar). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to managing challenges. What's on Offer
