Job Description
Lead and manage corporate interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation Oversee procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administration Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and field staff MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Minimum
5 years of experience
as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in commercial construction Proven experience managing
corporate interior projects Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred What's on Offer
