Travel Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer - Sonography/Ultrasound

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist with at least 3 years of acute care sonography experience and BLS certification.Job Details•Work in an acute care hospital Radiology department, Trauma Level II,•Operate out of one of five dedicated ultrasound rooms,•Patient studies include venous insufficiencies, arterial duplex, ABI/PVR, renal artery stenosis, SMA, abdominal doppler, BPG, carotid, and aorta exams,•Average of 8 to 10 scans per day,•Use Phillips Elite and Parks Flo Lab equipment,•EPIC EMR system is used for charting and Centricity UV PACS for imaging,•Set evening shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM,•No weekends or holidays required,•No floating to other areas,Job Requirements•Minimum of 3 years experience performing general and vascular ultrasound exams in an acute care setting,•Current BLS certification required,•Must have ARDMS credential as RDMS, RDCS, or RVT,•Competency in all listed exam types, including venous, arterial, and abdominal doppler studies,•Ability to work independently with specialized ultrasound equipment,•EPIC EMR documentation experience preferred,•License required if applicable,Additional Information•Responsible for maintaining a clean and stocked exam room,•No requirement to start IVs,•1-2 weeks of unit-specific training and a single day of hospital orientation provided,•Radiology manager present on each shift; in-house radiologist available from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM,•Solid color scrubs required but not provided,•No self-scheduling; all shifts are centrally scheduled,],•hash,:•16248980840569948084,
