Position: EDI Admin Coordinator - Office & Admin Specialist Prin Location: Minneapolis, MN Telework: Yes - Up to 50% Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $23.76 - $32.06 hourly; $49,610 - $66,941 annually FLSA Status: Nonexempt Designated in Connect 700 Program for Applicants with Disabilities: Yes Responsibilities Provide division-wide administrative and clerical support to leadership and staff to ensure organization efficiency and advancement. Manage, coordinate and facilitate agency-wide internal equity, diversity, and inclusion initiative efforts to enhance awareness, understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity and its ability to enhance and positively impact organizational culture, dynamics and performance to ensure that agency goals and objectives are met. Serve as the division communications coordinator, technical writer, and web content manager. Coordinate and monitor division budgets and assist in the implementation of fiscal control systems to ensure budget requirements are met.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge of specialized terminology sufficient to support equity, diversity, or inclusion programming. Experience with word processing (such as MS Word) sufficient to provide a team of professional staff with high quality word processing needs including preparing memos, reports, newsletters, invoices, financial statements, labels and other documents. Experience using computer software applications (such as Excel) to create spreadsheets from a variety of sources and compile lists, spreadsheets, and graphs to track projects and activities.

Preferred Qualifications

3 years of administrative support experience. Experience supporting and managing programming related to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Experience with web content management. Accounting/budgeting/expense skills sufficient to review, track, analyze and prepare financial summaries and reports.
