Analyst, Global HR Analytics & Insights South Florida (Hybrid 3 Days On-Site) Full-Time | Application Deadline: Wednesday, July 15th Are you passionate about transforming workforce data into powerful insights that drive real business impact? Were looking for a driven and analytical HR Analytics & Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team in South Florida. In this role, youll work closely with senior HR and brand leaders to deliver innovative reporting, develop strategic dashboards, and turn complex data into compelling stories that shape our global talent strategy. Responsibilities

In this role, youll be responsible for: Design and maintain dashboards tracking key workforce metrics: headcount, retention, DEI, talent development, succession planning, and more. Deliver ad-hoc analytics and trend reporting to support employee engagement, exit surveys, and strategic workforce planning. Partner with HRIS and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and consistency. Guide and support global HR teams on data governance, reporting best practices, and actionable insights. Translate data into engaging visualizations and strategic recommendations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Requirements

What Youll Do: 13 years experience in HR or people analytics, data storytelling, or similar field. Strong technical proficiency in Excel, ETL tools, and visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM or similar HRIS platforms preferred. A critical thinker who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about solving complex problems. High attention to detail and discretion when working with sensitive data.

Your Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, HR, Economics, or related discipline. A mindset for continuous learning and a passion for staying current with HR tech and analytics trends.
