RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina — earn up to ($1904 - $2004 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities Monitor and interpret patient telemetry data to ensure optimal patient care.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions.

Assess and respond to changes in patients' conditions promptly.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Utilize data and metrics to evaluate and improve patient care outcomes.

Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.

Contribute to a positive work environment and support team goals.

Engage in performance reviews and set personal growth objectives.

Adapt to new technologies and methodologies in patient care.

Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in North Carolina or compact state eligibility.

Minimum of 2 years experience in telemetry or critical care nursing.

Ability to work effectively in a high visibility, results-driven environment.

Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

Proficiency in interpreting and responding to telemetry data.

Strong communication skills for patient and family education.

Ability to administer medications and treatments accurately.

Strong problem-solving skills to address changes in patient conditions.

Experience with electronic medical records and documentation systems.

Familiarity with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
