We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina — earn up to ($1904 - $2004 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities Monitor and interpret telemetry data to ensure patient safety and care.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Assess and respond to changes in patients' conditions promptly.
Maintain high visibility of work activity and achieve set performance targets.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Document patient information and care activities accurately and promptly.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Adapt to evolving healthcare practices and technologies.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and care procedures.
Contribute to team meetings and share insights for improving patient care.
Utilize hospital resources efficiently to optimize patient outcomes.
Experience/Qualifications Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and interpretation for patient safety.
Ability to assess and promptly respond to patient condition changes.
Strong collaboration skills with healthcare teams to develop care plans.
High attention to detail for accurate patient documentation.
Effective communication skills for patient and family education.
Ability to work in a high visibility environment with measurable results.
Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
