Junior 360 Recruitment Consultant – InterEx Group, Miami Location:

Edgewater, Miami, FL (Onsite 5 days a week) Salary:

This role will start out as 180, delivering candidates to some of our top clients across North America and will evolve into a full-desk role (360), where you’ll be responsible for both client development and candidate management within the ERP, CRM or Data markets. You’ll be joining a dynamic, driven, and collaborative sales floor with the opportunity to make an immediate impact with live roles to fill and commission earning potential from week 1 in the role!

What you’ll be doing Candidate Sourcing & Qualification:

Finding top tech talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, advertising, and our internal database.

Business Development:

Building new client relationships while expanding existing accounts to identify new hiring needs.

Sales Execution:

Managing the full 360 process — pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

Relationship Building:

Acting as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates in the Cloud, Data, and ERP markets.
