Overview
Product Marketing Manager to join a financial services firm in Boston, MA. The role focuses on leading and executing integrated marketing campaigns with an emphasis on product launches. This is a 12+ month contract position paying $50-60/hr, with on-site work required 4 days per week. Responsibilities
Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through implementation. Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are high-quality. Facilitate planning meetings, track progress, and manage deliverables including requests, reviews, and publications. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives. Oversee product launch initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and effective market entry. Utilize marketing and project management tools to streamline workflows and track progress. Communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and leadership teams. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5-7+ years of relevant marketing experience, with previous financial services or product marketing experience preferred. Prior experience leading and executing integrated marketing campaigns. Understanding of 40 Act rules and the distribution of ETFs and other registered investment products (ideally within the intermediary space). Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. Proficiency in essential marketing and productivity software. Research and project-based experience with the ability to see beyond a specific task to the broader project goals.
