Overview Marketing Manager Hybrid onsite Boston 12 months About: If you are a driven, curious and high-energy marketing professional ready to step into an exciting role within a focused marketing organization, this marketing position with clients business might be for you. Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing strategy supporting the launch of registered investment products in collaboration with marketing SMEs, strategists, sales, PR, product, and legal Project management of integrated marketing campaigns and executing on key deliverables within those programs Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and/or refine marketing materials including collateral, videos, web content, sales tools, social posts, paid search ads, emails, and event deliverables Create communication of weekly marketing deliverables across content, DM, social media, campaigns, and events Partner with national accounts and sales to provide channel support that aligns with firm-specific initiatives Work with our measurement and analytics team to track and report on campaign performance Submit materials for design, digital publishing, internal compliance review, and approval Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferably with major in marketing or communications Prior experience leading and executing integrated marketing campaigns Understanding of 40 Act rules and distribution of ETFs and other registered investment products ideally within the intermediary channel Research & project-based experience – ability to look beyond a specific task to the broader project goals Interest in financial markets and digital marketing Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize Experience working as a team/ on a team for a common goal Eagerness to learn with demonstrated ability to quickly digest information Top 3 must-haves Prior experience leading and executing integrated marketing campaigns; Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; Strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize Top 3 nice to have An understanding of 40 Act rules and distribution of ETFs and other registered investment products ideally within the intermediary Research & project-based experience – ability to look beyond a specific task to the broader project goals Experience working as a team/ on a team for a common goal Type of background Bachelor’s degree preferably with major in marketing or communications 8 to 10 years of relevant marketing experience previous financial services or product marketing experience preferred Project or initiative this role supports Broad project management and execution across marketing initiatives, with a focus on product launches Day to day The person will be both attending and running planning meetings in support of marketing initiatives, tracking progress, managing deliverables including requests, reviews, publication, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
