Lead multiple client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards Utilize technical and financial operations and transformation knowledge to identify complex client issues; broaden client relationships and develop a reputation as a thought leader Conduct and support business development activities including identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities with current and new clients, collaborating with appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines Help lead advisory teams in solving complex strategic and tactical problems requiring excellent quantitative analysis skills Build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital, including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts Qualifications
Minimum ten years of recent relevant work experience in managing systems and product implementations with teams of eight or more in a consulting environment; minimum of five years ERP Financials, Procurement and/or Cloud ERP Implementation experience (Oracle, Blackline, Trintech, OneStream) Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or equivalent; MBA preferred and CPA or another advanced professional credential is a plus Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices Progressive experience leading teams, mentoring staff, evaluating performance, and providing feedback Ability to travel as required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future Employment details
