We are partnered with a vertically integrated commercial real estate and management company recognized as a leading owner, operator, and developer of commercial properties. The Senior Property Manager will oversee a 1 million plus square foot, multi-building property, driving operational excellence and tenant satisfaction. Compensation
Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr Annual Bonus Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service to tenants and partners. Manage rent collection and the move-in/move-out process. Maintain strong tenant relationships through regular engagement. Handle lease administration and assist with renewals, expansions, and contractions. Property Operations & Maintenance
Inspect building systems and grounds to ensure standards are met. Coordinate vendor services and emergency response procedures. Partner with the Chief Engineer on preventive maintenance and safety programs. Monitor and review maintenance schedules. Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and capital planning. Oversee purchasing and ensure compliance with budget guidelines. Deliver monthly financial reports with variance analysis. Manage receivables, tenant defaults, and capital project execution. Oversee tenant improvement and renovation projects. Review plans, provide updates, and ensure projects stay on schedule and budget. Coordinate meetings, track costs, and manage project close-out. Leadership
Hire, train, and develop property staff. Set goals, monitor performance, and conduct reviews. Coach team members and delegate responsibilities effectively. Qualifications
Proven commitment to customer service with strong tenant relations skills. Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational ability. Project management and construction knowledge (AIA contracts, RFIs, change orders, etc.). Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. CPM, CFM, or RPA designation and real estate license preferred. 5–10 years of property management experience with success in Class A office properties. Details
